Friday, July 16

  • 4:00 – 8:00 pm — All 4-H and Open entries accepted
  • 6:00 pm — All Beef, Sheep, and Swine are to be on the Fairgrounds in place. No livestock will be accepted after that time.
  • 6:00 – 8:00 pm — Weigh-In (Swine, Sheep, and Beef). Weigh-in ends at 8:00 pm
  • 8:00 pm — Figure 8 Race

Saturday, July 17

  • Hedrick’s Petting Zoo
  • 8:00 am — Judge Rabbits
  • 8:00 am — Judging Poultry
  • 9:00 am — All entries in place, this includes horticulture
  • 9:00 am — Judging of entries: 4-H (this includes Foods) and Open Class, except livestock
  • 1:00 pm — Senior Scholarship Quiz-Off
  • 2:00 – 4:00 pm Dog Agility Show
  • 6:00 pm — PAT Kiddieland/Carnival (Wristband Night)
  • 7:00 pm — Sheep followed by Meat Goat Show
  • 7:00 pm — Demolition Derby (Arena)

Sunday, July 18

  • 7:30 am — Fair Church Service
  • 8:00 am — 10K Run (Barnyard Boogie)
  • 9:00 am — Beef Show
  • 1:00 pm — Bucket Calf Practice in the Arena
  • 2:00 pm — Kid=s Ranch Rodeo
  • 6:00 pm — Parade
  • 8:00 pm — Farm Bureau and Kan Equip Pedal Tractor Pull and Watermelon Feed sponsored by Farm Bureau.
  • 6:00 pm — PAT Kiddieland/Carnival
  • 8:30 pm — Tami Hall Concert

Monday, July 19

    • Outstanding Volunteer Award and Scholarship Recipient

    • Fair Supper catered by Ricky’s Café and Livestock Buyers Dinner sponsored by Marysville Livestock Exchange.
    • Previous Year’s Cake buyers Dinner sponsored by Wagon Wheel Café. Note that you must be a buyer and have a ticket.
  • 6:00 pm — PAT Kiddieland/Carnvial (Wristband Night)
  • 7:30 pm — Livestock Auction
  • 7:00 – 9:00 pm — 4-H and Open Class Exhibits released except for livestock sale animals
